An Operations Manager is required to join Rapid Climate Control, a division of one of the UK's leading rental equipment organisations,to cover our business nationwide. Roles and responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Director of Rapid Climate Control you will be responsible for ensuring the Service Centre’s meet and exceed all business objectives
  • Weekly visits to all Depots ensuring that all compliance and health and safety audits are carries out
  • Support all Service Centre Managers in all aspects of Health and Safety
  • Liaise with Performance Standards team within A Plant to ensure we are fully up to date on all new regulations
  • To be proactive in all matters of Health and Safety, recommending improvements to the senior Management team.
  • Implement and oversea monthly stock takes
  • Complete quarterly reports as part of the WEE directive and F Gas regulations
  • Recommend strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the Depot network to ensure we meet our KPI’s. 

Skills required

  •          Flexibility to support the business in various capacities if required in peak periods
