It is our aim to achieve this through continuous improvement of operations, maximising customer satisfaction, adhering to the latest industry standards and development of our network of Sales & Service Centres. We strive to become the number one choice for temporary and fixed climate control products and services within the UK, adding value to our clients and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships.
Rapid Climate Control places great emphasis on the importance of carrying out its business in a manner which conforms to contractual and regulatory requirements and promotes client satisfaction. In order to maintain this policy a series of objectives have been agreed and communicated to all personnel. The purpose of the objectives is to set achievable standards of business. Some objectives are measurable and include a timetable for achievement. The objectives and, where appropriate, time scales for achievement are agreed and reviewed during the annual management review meeting.
