Step 1 Initial Consultation: We talk through your requirements on the phone, often identify some areas you may need to consider before progressing, the relevant building regulations & forthcoming legislation. Our getting started section provides a flavour of what to expect.

Step 2 Measuring Up & Choosing the Cloth: The site survey & client meeting are conducted by a hugely experienced design engineer. It is important that this is the same person who will eventually design the system in order that we reflect your companies exact requirements/idiosyncrasies in the final design. They will provide you with instant guidance on the most likely technologies suitable and discuss the return on investment you are seeking.

Step 3 First & Second fitting: Other technologies are considered & the best value manufactured products are selected before our first draft tailored solution is presented. We then assess with you how accurately we have interpreted your requirements and get agreement from other interested parties within your organisation before a final design is proposed.

Step 4 Third Fitting: Installation of the system is carried out by professional & courteous teams at a time that is convenient to you. We specialise in minimising downtime & disruption to your business. In addition, because we have a hire and sales division we can offer temporary climate control solutions where necessary. Each system is then commissioned & performance tested by a highly qualified engineer.

Step 5 After Care: With ever greater scrutiny of energy costs & environmental best practice we provide an outstanding maintenance service to ensure you always meet (or exceed) your obligations.
