CTV Dating in the Dark
Rapid cool the contestants while the fumble around in the dark
CTV provide outside broadcast facilities to Endemol, the company behind the hit show Big Brother. Rapid have worked with this company most recently on a production of Dating in the Dark.
The production area of the show is based in the garage of the house where the series is filmed. With lack of natural ventilation and plenty of electrical equipment, the garage can quickly become unbearably hot for crew and equipment.
Portable spot coolers positioned outside the garage area to free up precious floor space ducts the cool air straight in using 6" hoses. Providing essential cooling to equipment and crew.
